

1) BANTING BURGERS
Get creative and replace hamburger buns with avocado halves for a wheat-free burger.
2) BRAAI SIDE SALAD
Combine halved avocados with cherry tomatoes, grilled sweetcorn, kidney beans, chopped chives and peppadews.


3) KOTA
Fill a half loaf with grilled chicken breast and avocado slices and top with a drizzle of chilli sauce and avocado mayonnaise (mashed avocado and mayonnaise).
4) CAULI-RICE AVO BOWL
Make cauli-rice by combining steamed cauliflower florets with brown rice; top with avocado and radish slices, cucumber, carrot slivers and grated beetroot. Sprinkle with sprouts and sesame seeds. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
