
Makes: 10-12 glasses
Prep time: 12-15 mins
Ingredients:
2 oranges, rinsed, quartered, sliced and pips removed
cucumber, rinsed and thinly sliced
5-10 strawberries (or other berries of your choice) rinsed, hulled and halved
10-12 small sprigs fresh mint
500ml (2 cups) Pimms
6 cups lemonade (or mix lemonade with ginger ale)
Method:
- Put the fruit and mint in a large (3l) jug or glass dispenser.
- Pour in the Pimms and lemonade. Stir and add plenty of ice.
- To serve, pour into long glasses, ensuring each glass has some fruit, a sprig of mint and blocks of ice.
