20 April – 20 May

Your love planet is out to lunch for six weeks. So while you’re not exactly being deprived of love, you’re definitely having to find new ways to identify its different forms. Not easy for someone who likes to have life prepared in advance — but thrilling for the few who are willing to explore their own mirror image. After all, everything has two sides. If you cling to order, chaos is never far behind. And both have their value. Time to fly. 

GEMINI

21 May – 20 June

You might as well get used to it. Your life is under cosmic scrutiny, and nothing you do will change that. You could, of course, resolve to hold the big decisions until you understand what’s happening. And you could focus your attention on the money you’ll make as soon as you expand your repertoire. Anything you want to learn? New skills? You’re much more able than you know. And independence is the greatest morale booster of all. 

CANCER

21 June – 22 July

The energies of renewal and regeneration are knocking. But before you can let them in, you’ll have to clear a space. So yes, old energies, relationships, grudges, power games and negative thoughts must now be booted out. And sure, you’ll feel the loss. But you’ll smile again the minute you invite the good stuff in. Whoever said there was no gain without pain, was reading the wrong books. Personal transformation can occur elegantly and happily. You just need to believe you deserve it.

July 23 – August 22 

With your career on hold for a sec (three weeks, actually) — and a holiday vibe in the air — why not take the time to have some fun? And if you happen to run into a spot of romance while you’re at it, guilt-free indulgence is your watchword. If, of course, there’s no romance to be had, create some yourself. Start by treating yourself exactly as you’d treat someone you were madly in love with. An interesting exercise. If nothing else, you might learn something. About yourself. 

VIRGO

August 23 – September 22 

The emotional warfare continues — and the casualties are being counted. The love life will improve soon enough. Meanwhile, put down your weapons and give up all thoughts of having the last word. What’s vital now is that you behave like an adult. Lesson one is to stop dragging up the past for yet another rehash. The energies want you to be in love. Get on with it. Trust in someone other than yourself — for once.

LIBRA

September 23 – October 22 

Pay attention to your heart — physically and emotionally. You’ve been far too scattered, losing track of what’s important. For now, concentrate on people you really care about, and on the home. Maybe you’ll even find a new place to live. Either way, the basic plan is to locate some inner peace — and heal yourself in the process. Calm down to a panic, and look around. Smell some roses. The human race is not meant to be an actual race.

The prospect of long-term changes in relationships with either lovers or children, is waking you up. The scary part is that all the secrets are coming out, with new information leaving you wondering who you’ve been talking to all this time. No need to panic. Remember, your interpretation of events is entirely up to you. Try to detach for a clearer perspective. Most of all, trust your instincts. The intellect isn’t working too well this week.

Relationships are keeping you buoyant, if occasionally confused. This is a time to reassess your own idealism, while looking with greater favour on the real offerings of your mate.
