Jacob Zuma stunned this week when he told supporters of his MK Party that teenage mothers should be banished to Robben Island. “According to the law, a child should not give birth to a child. That’s not a life, it’s a disease. We will end it,” he told an MK rally in KwaZulu-Natal this week.
The octogenarian buffoon also pledged to reinstate corporal punishment in schools and military conscription for teenage boys.
Has this Zumampara forgotten that we live in a constitutional state where such primitive practice has long been outlawed? Or is he exhibiting symptoms of senility?
