To the Palm Ridge Specialised Commercial Crime Court magistrate presiding over the fraud case of former ANC spokesperson Pule Mabe in the R27m Enviro-Mobi tender.

Co-accused Abdullah Mohamed Ismail wants you to grant him special permission to travel to the US to attend the concert of '80s pop star Cyndi Lauper. “Prior to being informed of the charges I had already booked a trip to the US to watch the show of Cindy Lauper in Chicago,” he pleaded. Ismail wants permission to travel from November 25 to December 5. The court will decide on this next month.
