Given the exodus of “fighters” from the EFF, one might have thought commander-in-chief Julius Malema would appreciate whoever he has left on his sinking raft. But the bullying tendency trumped the survival instinct in the case of national spokesperson Leigh-Ann Mathys.

Malema mistreated her in front of journalists this week, interrupting her with comments such as: “You didn’t explain it properly ... Now it’s the mic, ja you come late ... The whole country is listening to you and it doesn’t understand.”

For his mansplaining and bad manners, the little dictator is a deserved mampara of the week.
