If there was any room for his legend to grow, Kagiso Rabada has found it.

Rabada has launched a sports and entertainment agency that will seek to make others soar.

KGR Sport and Entertainment is a talent and experience agency, focused on elevating and amplifying artists and athletes from around the world.

Rabada has joined forces with Ashley Kotzin, CEO of Forwardzone, a global talent and brand management company.

"Ever since I got into professional cricket I was interested in the commercial space and everything that had to do with the athlete off the field," Rabada explains.

"I was always interested in going corporate. I find brand collaboration extremely interesting.

"Ashley came to me with the idea. I thought it was something I could put my time into in the long run.

"I thought 'what an opportunity to do this in my own company'."

Rabada says a fantastic team is being built around him.

"We looked at other models like Roger Federer, LeBron James - how they started their own ventures under their own name. It is a way of empowering yourself as an athlete and as a person. I think anybody who comes on board will be looked after. We are not here to make a quick buck."

Proteas fans can sleep easy. Rabada will still charge in, terrorising the national team's opposition.

"When I'm playing that is my priority. I am not going to neglect my cricket. Whenever I have time I will be connecting with the rest of the team," he said about juggling his time.

He took a short break but is ready to take on Sri Lanka next month.

Rabada reckons the Proteas will travel there on Tuesday a confident team after away series wins in the West Indies and Ireland.

"It was a massive confidence booster beating the West Indies at home. They are the T20 World Cup holders. They are a magnificent T20 team. We beat them 3-2 and we were extremely happy. It took a team effort. A lot of concentration. For an inexperienced side it took a lot of guts."
